WASD to move, arrow keys to shoot. You don't like bugs. Get rid of the bugs to move on to the next level. If you get hit, you either lose an eye, an arm, or a leg. The bugs may drop eyes, arms, and legs - but these don't help you directly, but are for your offspring. When you complete the level, you can either continue, or retire and let your offspring take over - it will use the limbs and eyes you collected earlier. How far can you get?
